Course: Instructional Design for Technology Integration into Schools

This aims to introduce students on instructional design as a systematic way of designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating the processes of teaching and learning with specific objectives based on research in human learning and communication. It focuses on the application of a procedural model in Morrison, Ross and Kemp(MRK) model to minimize or solve the instructional problems faced by teachers in school in Brunei Darussalam.

ET 5305 – Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge & Blended Learning & ET 5302-TPACK
This course provides candidates with opportunities to gain the knowledge and skills needed to integrate technology into classroom practice. A teaching and learning challenge facing modern teachers is how to incorporate multimodalities and differentiated educational technologies to enhance student learning. Teachers can meet this challenge by employing the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPCK) framework. Furthermore this course builds an understanding of how new tools support and assess learning gains.
